In the event of any inconsistency, the specific written agreement for that project will prevail over these Terms to the extent of the inconsistency.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the type of service booked, the timing of cancellation, and any special conditions communicated at the time of booking.

  • Workshops and classes: Cancellations made within the permitted notice period may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund, subject to administrative deductions where allowed.
  • Private lessons: Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged in full if the instructor has reserved the time slot and materials.
  • Children’s birthday events and team-building workshops: Deposits may be non-refundable once planning, staffing, materials, or venue preparation has begun.
  • Studio space rentals: Cancellation terms may depend on the duration of the rental and whether the space was held exclusively for the customer.
  • Custom commissions: Once work has commenced, payments for completed stages, materials, and design time may be non-refundable.

Refunds, where approved, will generally be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable period. We may deduct non-recoverable costs, materials already purchased, transaction fees, and work already performed, to the extent permitted by law.

If the Company cancels a service for reasons within our control, we will offer, at our discretion and subject to availability, a rescheduled session, credit, or refund for the affected portion of the service.

6. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KARTA PURAKH DREAM LAND PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:
